What’s Included: 2 page PDF to make a sun! One page includes a sun with a pre-drawn face and the other is a sun where children can draw their own face. You may need to cut the large outer circle if the student struggles with cutting, so they only need to cut the straight lines versus the curved line.
Why I use it: Most of my students love to cut….unless of course it’s hard and then they avoid it. BUT, fun cutting like this sun often makes my students much more eager to participate. They can also add their own creative spark by “creasing” each sun ray upward or coloring their creation.
