inspiring play for generations to come

Toys + Science ^ Personalization = Play Made Simple®

Here’s the deal - your child or loved one doesn’t really need toys. However, since someone somewhere will buy them anyway, let’s at least agree to buy them some good ones! :)

If you’re curious about play and how to help your child succeed, please reach out for an individual consultation by filling out a “contact us” form by clicking here. We’ll connect with you to gather information on your loved one, and then collaborate with you to recommend the most developmentally beneficial “toys” for your child to succeed in life.

Occupational Therapy - Skills for the Job of Living

Using our occupational therapy lens and the information we collected from you, we will provide a curated guide educating you on the best activities for play, so you can enrich your child’s development.

Some words of advice from your occupational therapist:

  1. Go outside! Honestly, it’s truly the best for so many reasons.

  2. You are not a toy. (You’re way better than a toy!) The point here is that you do not need to occupy your child’s time. Allow your child to play and figure things out on their own. Do not feel pressured to insert yourself as your child’s “toy” - rather ebb and flow around them, and occasionally with them, while they problem solve and discover their world.

  3. Do not use screens. I know there can be some benefits to screens, but from my experience, the exposure is never worth it. Replace it with outdoor time. Nature is good for everyone’s soul. :)
